The Cockpit is the overview page in FrachtPilot, where you can keep an eye on the development of your sales and orders as well as ongoing tours at any time. With our new module”Expanded cockpit“we offer additional functions for advanced analysis of your operation.
Missing daily orders
This view shows all customers who should normally order during the day but have not yet done so. Based on experience, each customer is also shown the probability that another order will be placed that day. The average order value is also given. In both cases, orders from the last 10 weeks are taken into account for the calculation.
This functionality allows you to better estimate whether more orders are expected that day. Someone may also have forgotten to order and you can get in touch directly.
days since last order
Here is an overview of when a customer last ordered and since when the customer has been registered with you. This feature is particularly useful for customers who have ordered more frequently but stopped at some point.
Has a customer not ordered for a long time? Maybe contact him and send him a personalized offer so he can order again. For example, you could give customers who haven't ordered anything after 30 days a 10% discount.
With the two functions, you have the opportunity to achieve better customer loyalty and win back old customers.
