Add transport containers and have them calculated
Transport boxes are often used to deliver products to customers. Unfortunately, it is not always clear how many boxes are needed for a customer and whether a customer wants to return boxes from previous orders.
For this reason, transport boxes can now be set up in FreightPilot. Indicate for your products how often they fit into a transport box and the required number of transport boxes will be calculated automatically when ordering!
Start your billing process yourself at any time
Normally, invoices in FrachtPilot are created automatically at specified times. To give you more freedom, you can now create invoices manually at any time. You can also set whether payment reminders/reminders and invoices should be issued automatically.
This can also be set individually for each customer to ensure maximum flexibility.
Convert standing orders yourself at any time
Just as with invoices, our update now gives you more freedom to make decisions when it comes to standing orders. Instead of at a fixed time, you can manually convert standing orders into orders. You can filter by customer group, customer and delivery date.
Updated production schedule
Production plans, which can be downloaded from the inventory overview, are now more clearly arranged. Now the required goods can be divided into “standing orders” and “orders.” As before, the total quantity of standing orders and orders is also shown.
Customer search field
With the new customer search field, you can access a customer's profile at any time. Simply enter the name, customer number or other customer information.
Change button colors in the online shop
Your web shop should be attractively designed so that your customers feel right at home. That is why we now offer you the option to further personalize the web shop. You can now adjust the background color and font color of buttons in the online shop settings.
