Our goal is to constantly add new features to FrachtPilot, which save you even more time! With our update this month, we have made many adjustments for the web shop, orders, invoices, cockpit, and tour planning. All new options for your direct marketing can be found here in our blog. More news and an up-to-date overview of all updates as usual on https://hilfe.frachtpilot.de/
Even more information visible in the cockpit
In cockpit See at first glance how your sales are developing and where the problem is right now. What's new this month is that the views for orders and sales can now also be grouped by weeks or months. This gives you even more overview.
We've also added two views for advanced analysis. “Missing daily orders” shows customers who should normally order that day but have not yet done so. With the given probability, you can easily estimate which orders should still be received that day. With “days since last order,” you can see when a customer last ordered.
Easier to use the web shop
For the webshop We've added a lot of minor features this month.
It is now possible to link directly to a product page from the web shop to share the product on social media, for example. Simply right click on the product name in the web shop and copy the link.
You can now also create web shop users directly from the customer profile.
Also new in the update:
Customizing the customer overviewWhen looking at a customer, the calendar is now always displayed directly. It records when and which orders were placed.
In the customer overview, the update can now also be used to filter for several customer groups.
Tools for creating ordersWhen a new ordering is created, customer orders for the same delivery date are displayed, if available. This prevents orders from being created twice by mistake. This functionality is not only shown for you in FrachtPilot, but also for customers in the web shop!
In addition, the assignment of customers to a tour has been simplified and the calendar for choosing delivery days has been made clearer.Additional text modules available on invoice templatesWith text modules, you can easily personalize your documents such as invoices and delivery notes.
In collective invoice, the text module $INVOICE_REMARKS$ can now be used within the table. As a result, the notes for the individual invoice are correctly displayed in the collective invoice. With the $PAID$ and $BALANCE$ placeholders, you can display amounts already paid and the current customer balance.
Improvements have also been made in the allocation of payments to outstanding invoices.Placeholder in tour plansTour plans for tours derived from frame tours have so far only included customers who have actually ordered. It is now possible to leave placeholders for customers who normally belong to the frame tour but have not yet ordered and are picked separately.Sort by multiple columnsIn the past, list overviews (e.g. products, invoices, etc.) could only be sorted by one column at a time. If you hold down the shift key, you can now sort by multiple columns at the same time.
